Cancellation Policy

At Travellab, we take great pride in the planning, coordination, and resources that go into each tour. To ensure service quality and protect against last-minute losses, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of reason.

General Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@travellab.az. Verbal cancellations, including phone calls or messages through social media, will not be accepted as valid notice.

Day Tours & Transfers

  • Cancellations at any time after booking: Discuss cancellation fee

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of tour start: Discuss cancellation fee

  • No-shows or missed departures: No refund

Private Tours & Multi-Day Packages

  • More than 30 days before departure: Discuss cancellation fee

  • 15–30 days before departure: Discuss cancellation fee

  • Less than 15 days before departure: Discuss cancellation fee

Group Tours

  • More than 30 days before departure: Discuss cancellation fee

  • 15–30 days before departure: Discuss cancellation fee

  • Less than 15 days before departure: Discuss cancellation fee

Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation notice or reason.

Refunds & Exceptions

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days and are subject to deduction of all bank or transaction fees.

  • Travellab is under no obligation to offer refunds for cancellations due to missed flights, visa issues, illness, weather disruptions, or other external circumstances. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover such events.

  • Travellab reserves the right to deny any refund requests that fall outside the parameters defined in this policy.

Force Majeure

Travellab is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • War or threat of war

  • Strikes, civil unrest, or pandemics

  • Weather conditions affecting safety

In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but we may offer the option to reschedule or apply credit at our sole discretion.

Modifications by the Client

Any changes requested by the customer (e.g., rescheduling, changing the number of travelers, itinerary adjustments) are subject to availability and may incur additional administrative or rebooking fees.

Company Cancellation Rights

Travellab reserves the right to cancel any tour or service due to operational reasons, low participation, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • A full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered, and

  • Travellab will have no further liability beyond the amount paid.
