Before making a reservation through Travellab, we encourage you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions. They constitute a contractual agreement between Travellab (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (the person making the booking) from the time the booking is confirmed. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you agree to these terms and have the authority to accept them on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
Once you submit your booking and personal details via Travellab, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
Please note that bank card payments are subject to a 3% bank fee.
In most cases, payment is made upon arrival, though we may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Please read each tour description and itinerary carefully before booking.
Bookings are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Compensation will not be payable if Travellab is forced to cancel, delay, or modify your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Government action or restriction
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Industrial disputes or strikes
Natural or nuclear disasters
Fire or adverse weather conditions
All prices shown on the website include VAT and are based on current rates. However, Travellab reserves the right to change prices without notice due to:
Currency fluctuations
Tax changes
Other cost increases beyond our control
We reserve the right to adjust routes, itineraries, or departure times without notice if necessary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a day tour, group tour, or package is canceled due to external factors or low participation, we will issue a full refund. No further claims will be entertained in such cases.

Note: If you pay only a 10% deposit, this amount is non-refundable in any case of cancellation.
By booking through www.travellab-global.az, you agree that:
Travellab is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, illness, or delays caused by weather, road conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
You travel at your own risk, and your luggage is your responsibility at all times.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on our website.
These terms are subject to change without notice, and the latest version will be published on this page.

All complaints must be sent to Travellab within 5 days of your departure from Azerbaijan. After this period, claims for compensation will not be valid.
If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us before leaving a public review—we are always open to finding a solution.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, especially for active or adventure tours. Personal insurance is not included in our services and remains your responsibility.
